Are you aged 11 - 18 and like being creative?
We Make Sound is a free project for young people from Teesside, led by top professional musicians.
Learn how to make your own sound recordings outdoors; create songs or soundscapes in a studio; experiment with different musical instruments; think together about local stories and issues; and create sound exhibitions and performances.
Meet new people and be part of the We Make Sound team!
You don’t need to have any musical experience (but it’s fine if you have). You just need to be interested and ready to experiment.
We Make Sound is based in Hartlepool. We meet every few weeks, for ‘Making Sessions’ (during term time) and Projects (in the holidays).
